The Hotel Admeto, located in Selinunte, in the Municipality of Castelvetrano, provides its guests with an elegant restaurant area where they can savour really fresh fish, tasty meats, delicious deserts and fine wines.
Two dining halls are available:
*The Main Restaurant, on the ground floor, is furnished in a modern style and seats about 200.
*The VIP Restaurant, on the fourth floor boasts a glass wall and seats about 80. From here, you have fabulous views of the Temples of Selinunte and the Mediterranean Sea.
Our chefs will delight you with their culinary specialties, prepared with carefully selected produce rich in flavour. You can enjoy home-grown delights such as salads and vegetables, locally-made cheeses, choice meats and, above all, local fish fresh from the Mediterranean (form tuna to sword-fish, gilthead to sea-bass, giant prawns to lobster, red snapper to the famous Selinunte sardines). These dishes come accompanied by the famous Black Bread of Castelvetrano and are given gorgeous colour and flavour by the addition of fresh herbs and of the exquisite Castelvetrano Extra-Virgin Olive Oil ”Nocellara del Belice”, with its spicy flavour and intense green colour.
In the summer season, the terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a drink or simply spend some pleasant moments relaxing during your holiday on the marvellous Sicilian coast. The dining area is spacious and bright, with large windows and a scenic view of the Mediterranean, and is ideal for holding gala suppers, wedding receptions and events, as well as organising conferences or meetings.
In our hotel residence restaurant you will also find a very well-stocked wine cellar. The wine list includes carefully chosen labels, particularly the great wines of Sicily and the best selection from around Italy.
